For
over thirty years the “Galleria Antichità all’Oratorio”,
initially placed in a little shop-office in Via Val d’Aposa,
a small, medieval road in the heart of Bologna, nearby at the
historical “Oratorio dello Spirito Santo”, decorated
with terra-cotta medallions by Sperandio, from which the business
took the name.

As
the need of much more space grew up, in 2005 the business moved
in Via de’Giudei, in the shade of the “Due Torri”,
a civic and historical symbol of the town.
From this date in autumn the gallery organizes every year an exposition
with a catalogue, thanks to the collaboration of leading experts and
historians of art of that specific field, and it attracts a huge public
of specialists, collectors and art lovers.
The gallery is present at the most important antiques fairs in Italy
and it is open better by appointment.
